Return Policy and Instructions


At Kate Haven, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. As such, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the item(s) you received. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right. Please review our return policy below:

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Products damaged by the customer (e.g., makeup stains, dishwasher damage, wear and tear) will not qualify for a return.
  • Exclusions:
    • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Process:
    • If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us at ShopKateHaven@gmail.com within 2 weeks of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue for faster resolution.
    • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.
